Zach has had a close encounter with the kitchen bench....the children are just at the age where the marble top is just at head height.  Zach was coming back to take the next plate to the table from the kitchen when he cracked his head against the counter top.  Quick visit to the doctor to make sure he hadnt broken anything, and he was up and away with a beautiful shiner.

Meep Meep

A reminder of the old days in the Middle East. We still see some pretty unusual things in Australia, but this sort of thing would be entirely common. Notice the lack of regard for any sort of traffic regulation as the chasing cars rush to catch up, and the 4x4 that seems to be intent on trying to 'herd' the poor cretaure with his vehicle. The ostrich has more sense than most of the drivers.
